Motty Schonfeld founded Valcor in 2015 with early strategic acquisitions and a guiding vision centered on building deep industry relationships. After over a decade of niche experience in the tri-state area, the firm has grown into a disciplined operation, acquiring, managing, and improving properties with consistency and long-term focus.
